Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications (Chief Manager): M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with experience in CAD / CAM & Automated Project Management Systems. 15 years experience in relevant pay levels.
- Qualifications (Manager): Graduation in any discipline. 12 years relevant administrative experience in relevant pay levels.
- Qualifications (Asst Administrative Officer/Assistant/Junior Assistant): Graduation in any discipline with relevant administrative/clerical experience in specified pay levels.
- Qualifications (Junior Engineer): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engg (8 yrs experience) OR B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engg (3 yrs experience) in relevant pay levels.
- Qualifications (Library & Info Asst): Bachelor's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or equivalent. 6 years relevant experience.
- Qualifications (Accountant/Junior Accountant): b.com/Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA with 6/5 years relevant post qualification experience in specified pay levels.
- Relevant experience means experience in administrative/office clerical matters, preferably in Central/State Govt. Service or academic institutions.
- Experience should not include Apprenticeship and Training of any form.

- Asst Administrative Officer (Level-07): Rs. 44900-142400 (Gross Pay: Rs. 77,000 /month appx.).
- Junior Engineer/Library Asst/Assistant/Accountant (Level-06): Rs. 35400-112400 (Gross Pay: Rs. 62,000 /month appx.).
- Junior Assistant/Junior Accountant (Level-04): Rs. 25500-81100 (Gross Pay: Rs. 45,000 /month appx.).
Age Limit (as on 12 January 2026)
- Chief Manager: Maximum 50 years.
- Manager: Maximum 45 years.
- Asst Administrative Officer: Maximum 40 years (OBC(NCL): 43 years).

Application Fee
- Application fee of Rs. 118/- inclusive of GST is to be paid through an online payment system.
- There is no application fee for SC/ST/Differently Abled/Women and Departmental Candidates of IIM Kozhikode.
- Fee once remitted will not be refunded.

- Method of selection:
- Chief Manager: Interview only (at IIM Kozhikode Campus).
- Manager: Interview only (at IIM Kozhikode Campus).
- Assistant Administrative Officer: Written Test only.
- Junior Engineer/Library Asst/Assistant/Accountant/Junior Assistant/Junior Accountant: Written test only.
- Shortlisted candidates alone will be called for the selection process.
- Certificate verification will be part of the selection process.
- The Institute reserves the right to fix the criteria for selection beyond minimum qualifications.
General Information/Instructions
- Posts are on a regular basis. Place of posting can be IIM Kozhikode main campus or Kochi campus.
- Selected candidates will join at the entry pay of the concerned Pay Level; no pay protection benefits.
- Candidates must not apply for outside employment for the initial three years after joining.
- Incomplete/unsigned applications and applications without proper supporting documents will be summarily rejected.
- Candidates working in Govt/PSUs must forward applications through the proper channel or submit NOC at the time of written test/interview.
