Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with First Class or equivalent CGPA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Commerce with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- At least one research article published in a SCOPUS or Web of Science-indexed journal
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a reputed institute/university with salary ≥ ₹35,000 per month
Desirable Qualification & Skills
- Diploma in Library Automation & Networking (PGDLAN/PGDLIM or equivalent)
- UGC-NET qualified
- Hands-on experience in installing & maintaining KOHA, DSpace, RFID systems
- Expertise in Electronic Resource Management (ERM), Remote Access (MyLoft/OpenAthens)
- Experience with financial databases, Research Data Management (RDM), Turnitin, Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, Grammarly, SPSS, R, Web of Science, Scopus
- Strong communication, training & user-support skills
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated monthly remuneration decided based on interview performance
- No upper ceiling for highly deserving candidates
- 6-day working week (Monday–Saturday), rotational shifts including weekends
- A minimum of three years' work experience in a reputed institute/ university with a minimum salary of Rs 35,000 per month and above.
