IIMB Recruitment 2026 Job Description

The Research Manager will provide day-to-day operational and delivery leadership for the Centre's research programmes and projects. Working under the guidance of the Centre's leadership, the appointee will plan, coordinate and carry out projects end-to-end, managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, partners and staff. The Centre for Health Economics and Policy works on universal health coverage, primary health care, health financing and insurance, digital health, and health-system strengthening. The notice lists these principal accountabilities and responsibilities:

Programme and Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver the Centre's research programmes and projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• Develop and maintain workplans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable trackers, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across faculty, research staff, partners, and administration, keeping all stakeholders aligned.

Research and Knowledge Support

• Support study design, literature reviews, data collection and management, and coordination of analysis across project teams.
• Assist in preparing research papers, policy briefs, industry reports, and other knowledge products, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Maintain research documentation, datasets, and records in line with data-integrity and compliance standards.

Grants and Financial Administration
