Eligibility Criteria

• Assistant Professor Grade-I: PhD with a first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades) in the preceding degree and an excellent academic record throughout.
• Assistant Professor Grade-II: PhD with a first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades) in the preceding degree and an excellent academic record throughout.
• Associate Professor: PhD with a first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades) in the preceding degree and an excellent academic record throughout.
• Professor: PhD with a first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades) in the preceding degree and an excellent academic record throughout.

 Age Limit

• Assistant Professor Grade-I: 35 Years
• Assistant Professor Grade-II: 35 Years
• Associate Professor: 45 Years
• Professor: 55 years

Salary

• Assistant Professor Grade-I: As per 7th CPC, the minimum pay to be fixed at Rs.1,01,500/- (Pay Level-12) along with admissible allowances.
• Assistant Professor Grade-II: The minimum pay to be fixed in the case of a fresh candidate with no post-PhD experience would be at Rs.98,200/- (Pay Level-10) along with admissible allowances
• Associate Professor: As per 7th CPC, the minimum pay is to be fixed at Rs.1,39,600/- (Matrix pay level of 13A2) along with admissible allowances.
• Professor: As per 7th CPC, the minimum pay is to be fixed at Rs.1,59,100/- (Matrix pay level of 14A) along with admissible allowances.

• The Institute reserves the right to call for interview only those applicants shortlisted on the basis of their qualification, experience, research, publication records, and requirements of individual academic units
