General Information
- All positions are purely contract-based. Completing the contract gives no right to extension or regular employment.
- Candidates must apply online only at the given IITM website and choose Advt.185/2025. A separate application is required for each post.
- Only one application per login ID is allowed; select all desired posts before submitting. Submitted applications cannot be edited.
- Multiple applications for the same post will result in rejection. Follow the prescribed online application procedure.
- Provide a correct and active email; all communication is via email. Ensure eligibility; selection is provisional until verified.
- After submission, keep a printout for document verification (do not send hard copy). Only Indian citizens, or those with required Govt. eligibility certificates, may apply.
- Minimum qualifications are required; higher qualifications do not guarantee selection. Only experience after the qualifying degree will count.
- Experience requirements may be relaxed for SC/ST candidates. The Institute may shortlist candidates based on higher qualifications/experience.
- Being called for test/interview does not guarantee selection. False information will lead to rejection.
- Documents may be verified any time; fake documents lead to termination. IITM may modify or cancel the selection process at any stage.
- Current IITM project staff must apply through proper channel or provide NOC. Candidates may submit testimonials from employers/referees.
- IITM will decide screening/test methods. IITM may choose not to fill a position.
