IIT Madras Strategic Advisor Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: PhD holders shall be preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience at senior level, preferably CEO, Chairman, or equivalent in any Govt./PSU/Port sector.
- Required: Experience in strategy, program management with a career span of not less than 25 years after qualifying degree.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Demonstrated non-authoritative leadership and willingness to challenge and drive action across diverse teams.
- Relaxation: Qualifications/experience relaxable for exceptionally outstanding candidates and as per reserved category policies at the Institute's discretion.
Age Limit (as on 25-11-2025)
- Senior level applicants but not exceeding 65 years.
