The official notice does not mention an admit card download closing date. Candidates are advised to download and print their admit card well before the examination day.

How to Download JKSSB Admit Card 2026

The official notice provides the following step-by-step procedure to download the JKSSB E-Admit Card:

1. Visit the official JKSSB website: jkssb.nic.in
2. On the homepage, locate the link to download the E-Admit Card.
3. Click on the Download Admit Card link.
4. Log in using your Username and Password.
5. Download and print your JKSSB Admit Card.
6. Bring a clear printed copy of the E-Admit Card on the day of the examination.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Admit cards can be downloaded from 07.09.2026 using login credentials. Candidates must carefully read the instructions given on the admit card.
• If a candidate is unable to download the admit card, they may appear before the Board two days before the examination date with valid proof of having filled the online application and paid the fee. Failure to do so will be presumed as disinterest in appearing, and no claim will be entertained afterward.
• Candidates must report to their respective examination centres at least 2 (two) hours before the scheduled exam time for Biometric/Facial Authentication.
• Take a printout of the admit card well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
• In case of a photograph mismatch on the admit card, candidates must immediately report to the JKSSB Central Office at Jammu or Srinagar, in person or via email at [email protected]. Such complaints will not be entertained by the Centre Superintendent or exam-day staff.
• Candidature will be liable for cancellation and disciplinary action in cases of misrepresentation, concealment of material facts, impersonation, or fraud regarding eligibility.
• The Board reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate found ineligible at any stage.
• Admit cards will not be sent by post. Candidates must stay updated through the official JKSSB website.
• After the examination, candidates must submit their admit card back to the invigilation staff, duly signed by both the candidate and the concerned invigilator.
