The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has started the second phase online option registration for admission to the Post Graduate Course in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) 2026-27, in Government Pharmacy Colleges and Government merit quota seats in Self-Financing Pharmacy Colleges. This facility is meant for candidates who already received a first phase allotment as well as those who did not get any allotment in the first phase.

How to Register Options Online for M.Pharm 2026 Second Phase
- Visit the official CEE Kerala website: www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on the "M.Pharm 2026 - Candidate Portal" link on the homepage.
- Log in using your Application Number and Password.
- On your Home Page, click the "Option Registration" menu.
- Select and arrange your Course-College combinations in order of priority. Only give an option for a course/college you are sure you will join if allotted.
- Submit your options before 17 September 2026, 5:00 PM.
- Options sent by post, fax, or email will not be considered - only options submitted through the portal count for allotment.
Important Instructions
- Online option registration is compulsory for second phase consideration, even for candidates who already have a first phase allotment.
- Give options only for colleges/courses you genuinely intend to join if allotted, since withdrawing later results in loss of the registration fee.
- The provisional allotment (18 September 2026) is based strictly on options submitted up to 17 September 2026, 5:00 PM - late submissions cannot be considered.
