How to Apply for Answer Book Copy and Score Sheet
- Contact the Principal or office of your Ayurveda college before the deadline. Applications go through the college.
- Submit the online application on the KUHS website through the Principal, for each QP code you want.
- The college pays the consolidated fee for all applicants in each category as a single online transaction. Individual fee payments are discouraged.
- No hard copy of the application needs to be sent to the University. The college keeps it safely and forwards it only when asked.
- The college submits the list of applicants in each category, the total fee collected and the amount remitted to the Controller of Examinations on or before 09.10.2026.
Important Instructions
- Pay the fee of all applicants in one category as a single online transaction.
- Keep the hard copies of applications in safe custody.
- Send the applicant list, total fee collected and online remittance details to the Controller of Examinations by 09.10.2026.
