How to Download the KVS NVS Tier 3 Interview Call Letter 2026
- Visit the official website - kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in.
- Go to the "Announcements", "Latest Updates", or "Recruitment" section on the homepage.
- Click the link titled "KVS/NVS Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 – Tier 3 Interview Call Letter" (or "Skill Test Call Letter" for Stenographer Grade-I candidates).
- Log in using your Enrollment Number / Registration Number and Date of Birth (or password, as prompted).
- Your Tier 3 call letter will open on screen in PDF format.
- Download and save the PDF, then take at least 2–3 clear printouts.

Important Instructions for Tier 3
- Download and print the Tier 3 call letter as soon as it is available in your login do not wait until the last moment.
- Verify your name, roll number, post applied for, interview date, time, and venue printed on the call letter carefully.
- Do not send your documents to CBSE/KVS/NVS by post; carry them in person to the interview/document verification.
- Any mismatch between your application form and original documents can lead to cancellation of candidature, so keep supporting proof (such as an affidavit) ready if a known discrepancy exists.
