Selected Junior Assistants will receive a competitive CTC package that varies based on the city category (Category I, II, or III) in which they are posted.
The basic pay is uniform at ₹20,000 across all city categories, but HRA and other benefits differ based on city classification. In addition to salary, Junior Assistants are eligible for Gratuity, Staff Housing Loan Scheme, and Performance Linked Incentive as per applicable company rules. LIC HFL Junior Assistant Selection Process 2026
The selection process for LIC HFL Junior Assistant consists of three stages: an Online Examination, a Personal Interview, and a Medical & Background Verification check.
