- Maternity leave/Miscarriage leave will be granted as per the provisions of the Maternity Benefits (Amendment) Act 2017 to appointed female Junior Residents.
- The contract may be terminated by either side with 10 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- This is a purely contractual selection and does not confer any right to regularization or permanent absorption.
- Private practice of any kind is not allowed during the tenure.
- Selected candidates who accept the offer and join the hospital will not be issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for any purpose, including passport or visa.
- In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of Courts will be Delhi/New Delhi only.
