How to Download the MCC Round 3 Seat Matrix
- Visit the official website mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the "UG Medical Counselling" section.

How to Register and Fill Choices for Round 3
- Visit mcc.nic.in and log in using your NEET roll number and password.
- Complete registration and pay the required fee (till the last date and time).
- Go to the "Available Choices" section on your dashboard.
- Select colleges/courses in order of preference from the left-side basket.
- Save and review your choice list.
- Lock your choices before the deadline - unlocked choices are auto-locked as per the MCC schedule.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates already holding a confirmed Round 2 seat who get an upgraded seat in Round 3 must collect a relieving letter from their earlier college and join the new college immediately; their previous seat is then released to another candidate.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 who fail to join will be barred from participating in the subsequent Stray Vacancy Round.
- Candidates who do not register or fill choices during the registration window will not be considered for allotment in that round.
