(MIMUL) has notified 13 vacancies under advertisement number MU: CE:26-27/382 for Management Trainee (MT)- Field Extension Activity, Management Trainee (MT) in Plant Operation, Account Assistant/Jr. Account Assistant, and Executive (Sales) posts on a contract basis. The assignment is initially for one year, with any extension subject to satisfactory performance. Qualification

• Management Trainee (Field Extension Activity): Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in milk procurement, working as secretary/milk tester at Dairy Co-operative Society, or field extension activity for Dairy Co-operative society formation are given priority.
• Management Trainee (Plant Operation): Graduate in Science in any subject. Candidates with experience in milk chilling plant operation, dairy plant operation, and milk testing are given priority.
• Account Assistant/Jr. Account Assistant: B.Com (Graduate) with knowledge in Tally entry and operation. At least two years of Tally entry and operation experience is mandatory.
• Executive (Sales): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. MBA/BBA or higher qualification receives additional weightage. Must have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the field of marketing of packet milk and milk products of reputed brands.

Age

The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 01.01.2026 for all posts.

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government norms.

Stipend and Training Period

Management Trainee positions carry a consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,000.00 per month along with other admissible benefits as per Milk Union's norms. Remuneration for Account Assistant and Executive (Sales) is negotiable based on qualification and experience, accompanied by admissible benefits as per Milk Union's norms for contractual engagements. All engagements are initially for a period of one year, and any extension is subject to satisfactory performance.

MIMUL Management Trainee Job Description

Selected candidates will perform various operational duties depending on their assigned posts:

• Management Trainee (Field Extension Activity): Village survey, data collection and entry; assessing milk production, surplus availability, and feasibility of Dairy Co-operative formation; conducting awareness programs and training; milk testing and AMCU operation; guiding Dairy Co-operative societies.
• Management Trainee (Plant Operation): Receiving milk from societies, testing, recording, chilling, and dispatching; operating and maintaining Bulk Milk Cooling units and maintaining plant hygiene; maintaining relations with societies and farmers; managing records and reports.
• Account Assistant/Jr. Account Assistant: General entry in Tally and billing software; bill generation and related activities; ledger posting, general accounts work, and handling accounting & taxation tasks; bill verification and release of payments.
• Executive (Sales): Marketing MIMUL milk and milk products, increasing sales volume, and handling distributors and retailers; planning and achieving sales targets; developing marketing intelligence; ensuring collection of sales proceeds; managing assets and logistics for distribution.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of short-listing of candidates followed by an interview.

• Shortlisting: Shortlists of eligible candidates are prepared based on the aggregate of marks obtained (ten percent) in Madhyamik Pariksha (MP), Higher Secondary Examination (HS), and Graduation. Vocational or distant courses are not considered for shortlisting.
• Total Marks Distribution: Madhyamik Pariksha (MP) - 10 Marks, Higher Secondary (HS) - 10 Marks, Graduation - 10 Marks, and Interview - 10 Marks (covering experience, personal appearance, speaking ability, and knowledge), totaling 40 Marks.
• Interview: Only short-listed eligible candidates will be called for an interview. Venues, dates, and times will be communicated directly to eligible candidates.
