MSTC Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

General Cadre

• BE/ B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science OR MCA with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
• Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Degree/ Post Graduation Degree Law with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.

Finance Cadre

• Associate Member of the Institute of CA/ CMA of India. OR MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institution.

 Age Limit

• Maximum Age limit: below 28 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary

• E-1: Rs.50,000-3%-1,60,000 (C.T.C 14.50 lacs p.a.)
• The remuneration shall be as per the pay scale mentioned in the table above.
• Besides Basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites and allowances under cafeteria approach and other allowances as applicable for the post.

Selection Process

• Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the Computer Based Test(CBT). Candidates are required to appear for the CBT on the date, time and venue, which will be mentioned in the admit card.
• Candidates appearing in the All India-based CBT for the post of MT on attainment of Qualifying marks (40 percentile and 35 percentiles for SC/ST/PWD) will be shortlisted for Group Discussion in the ratio of 1:10.
• Further, candidates qualifying in Group Discussion stage on attainment if qualifying marks (40 percentile and 35 percentile for SC/ST/PWD) in WT/CBT + Group Discussion, in the order of merit, will be shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:5, as per the recruitment rules of the company.
• The finalselection for the posts will be based on consolidated merit of weighted marks obtained in All India-based CBT, Group Discussion and Interview
