Qualifications must be from Universities or Institutes recognized/accredited by UGC/AICTE/NCVT/NCVET/SCTE&VT set up by Central/State Government. Only full-time qualifications will be considered. NALCO Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
The selection process consists of Computer Based Test (CBT) and/or Trade Test, followed by Document Verification and Pre-employment Medical Examination (PEME). For posts at Sl. No. 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12 of the vacancy table, selection will be based on CBT only. For posts at Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 13, selection will be made through both CBT and Trade Test, with a weightage of 60% for CBT and 40% for Trade Test. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. CBT will be conducted in English and Hindi only.
