NCL Eligibility Criteria 2026

NCL Stipend and Duration

Under no circumstances shall this engagement lead to any claim for regular employment in NCL or Coal India Limited, and interns will not be absorbed into regular service under any circumstances.
NCL Selection Process
- Merit lists will be prepared by arranging the aggregate percentage scores of the qualifying examination (degree/diploma) in descending order, separately for each discipline.
- Tie-breaking criteria: candidates older in age (earlier date of birth) will be preferred; if a tie persists, candidates whose names appear first alphabetically in English (Roman script) will be preferred.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified for document verification through the PMIS portal and the NCL official website.
NCL Social Security and Medical Benefits
- No deduction will be made for social security benefits; the stipend is credited directly to the intern's Aadhaar-linked bank account.
