- Officers of the Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous post on regular basis or having 3 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level 7 (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400), and possessing:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology (IT) or MCA or M.Sc. (IT) from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institute;
- Four years post qualification experience in a reputed organization handling electronic data processing. The electronic data processing experience must include:
- Data Administration and Operational work – Maintaining database by collecting information from different sources;
- Website content management;
- Internet surfing;
- Handling bulk e-communications.
- Desirable: Development and Administration of e-Systems, testing, installing and application of new software and ensuring functioning, up-gradation / modification and replacement etc.
