• Accountant (S-1 Category): B.Com with Accountancy and Auditing as a subject ICAI (Intermediate) / ICWA (Intermediate) 

 Age Limit (as on 01-06-2025)

• Unreserved: 30 years
• Scheduled Tribe: 35 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

How to Apply

• Interested eligible candidates should apply online only by visiting the career website at https://neepco.co.in/.
• No other mode of application will be accepted. 1) Read the detailed advertisement and instructions before filling the application form.
• Applicants must register themselves with one of the following employment exchanges:
• Duliajan Employment Exchange or (b) Shillong Employment Exchange, East Khasi Hills District
• Only candidates who have completed B.Com. with Accountancy and Auditing, ICAI (Intermediate)/ICWA (Intermediate) from a recognized university, valid registration card from Duliajan Employment Exchange or Shillong Employment Exchange, and a permanent residence certificate issued by the Government of Assam or Meghalaya can apply for this post.
• Upon entering the data, the system will generate a unique registration/application number.
• Scanned copies of certificates must be legible, otherwise the candidature will be considered cancelled/rejected.
• The online application submission process will begin on September 27, 2025, and close on October 17, 2025.
• Before applying, candidates must ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria and other requirements mentioned in the advertisement.
• Candidates who are still pursuing their course or awaiting final results need not apply. 8) If a candidate is called for the written examination based on the information provided by them but does not meet the eligibility criteria, they will not be allowed to appear for the written examination.
• The maximum age limit will be calculated as of June 1, 2025.
