Eligibility Criteria
Laboratory Technician – DPHL
- 10+2 (Biology) with BMLT, or 10+2 (Biology) with DMLT / CMLT (1 year) and registration in the relevant Paramedical Council.
Physiotherapist
- BPT degree and valid registration in the Chhattisgarh Registration Council.
Pharmacist
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (minimum 50%) and registration in the Pharmacy Council.
Nutrition Counsellor / Feeding Demonstrator
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Home Science. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar role.
Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM and valid registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
Audiologist
- BASLP or B.Sc. (Speech & Hearing) from an RCI-recognized institute.
Community Health Officer (CHO)
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course and registration in the CG Nursing Council.
Radiographer
- 10+2 (Science) with X-Ray Technician / Radiographer course and valid registration in the CG Paramedical Council.
MPW (Male)
- 10+2 (Biology) with Multipurpose Worker Training or equivalent 1-year diploma, and registration in the CG Paramedical Council.
Junior Secretarial Assistant / LDC
- 12th pass with at least a 1-year Computer Diploma.
Attendant (HA/SA)
- 12th pass.
Aaya Bai / Cleaner
- 8th pass.

- 10th pass.
Block Data Manager
- Graduation with 55% marks along with PGDCA, or BCA with 55% marks.
Peer Supporter
- Preference: Persons affected by or recovered from Hepatitis B/C, or their family members.
