NIT Arunachal Pradesh Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Specialization: Machine Design, Manufacturing, Thermal Engineering.
• Experience: experience of teaching (if any)

Salary / Stipend

• 1. Ph.D. Rs.1,500/- per class subject to the maximum amount of Rs.60,000/- per month. Lab/tutorial classes of 02 contact hours duration will be treated as 01 contact hour for honorarium/remuneration.
• 2. Non-Ph.D. Rs.1,000/- per class subject to the maximum amount of Rs.40,000/- per month. Lab/tutorial classes of 02 contact hours duration will be treated as 01 contact hour for honorarium/remuneration.

• The post is purely temporary for Academic Session (Jan-June, 2026) only.

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• No separate interview call letter will be sent.
• Persons who are engaged in any full-time job in any organization shall not be considered for interview.
