- Essential: Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering / Communication Engineering or related disciplines
- OR Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis
- Desirable: Strong publication history
- Preferred Areas: IoT, RFIC Design, Microwave Circuit Design
