Eligibility Criteria
- Essential qualifications: Candidates must possess a three years B.Sc/graduate degree with three years experience OR M.Sc./PG degree with a minimum of 55 percent marks in Biophysics/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Allied fields.
- Desirable: Prior knowledge of molecular modeling, software, biomolecular simulations, various microbiology, biochemical and spectrophotometric assays, cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Experience: three years experience

- The selected candidate will be paid a stipend of Rs. 28,000 + 5600 (20% HRA).

General Information/Instructions
- Duration: Initial appointment for one year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- Other relaxations as per ICMR and Panjab University norms are applicable.
- No TA/DA will be provided. The post is purely temporary and commensurate with the project.
- The date and venue of the interview shall be conveyed via email or phone to the eligible candidates. No separate call letter will be issued for the interview.
- “Candidates with UGC-NET/GATE/other national entrance test conducted by Government of India will be preferred”.
