The High Court of Judicature at Patna has released an official notice (No. 40/R&A, dated 14 July 2026) confirming the exam date for the Computer Operator-cum-Typist Recruitment Examination, 2026, conducted under Advertisement No. PHC/02/2026 (dated 10 April 2026). The Computer Based Written Test comprising MCQs, an English Computer Typing Test, and a Hindi Computer Typing Test will be held on 22 July 2026 (Wednesday) in two shifts at centres in Patna and Muzaffarpur.

Exam Date, Shift Timing and Centres

• Exam Date: 22 July 2026 (Wednesday)
• Shift 1 Timing: 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• Shift 2 Timing: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
• Exam Centres: Various centres situated in Patna and Muzaffarpur

The specific shift and centre allotted to each candidate will be mentioned on the individual admit card. Once allotted, the examination centre is final the High Court has clearly stated that no request for change of examination centre will be entertained.

How to Download the Admit Card

1. Visit the official website: patnahighcourt.gov.in
2. Look for the notification/link related to "Computer Operator-cum-Typist Recruitment Examination, 2026" admit card.
3. Admit cards will be available for download from 15 July 2026, 12:00 PM onwards.
4. Candidates will also receive an SMS and email intimation on their registered mobile number and email ID once the admit card is live.
5. Download and print the admit card. It will not be sent separately through any other mode.

Documents Required on Exam Day
