How to Proceed: Reporting Instructions for Additional Candidates
- All candidates named in this order must report in person at ITI Morwadi within 10 days from the date of this order (4 September 2026).
- Candidates who report within this period will have their appointment processed as per rules against the vacant posts.
- If a candidate does not report within the stipulated time, their appointment against that post will not proceed.
- For the D. Civil and MMV trades under the Open category, the merit-rank-1 candidate must report within the stipulated time. Only if the rank-1 candidate is absent will the rank-2 candidate's appointment be processed.
- Every appointed candidate must complete an online Contract Agreement on the NAPS Portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Appointment as an apprentice will not be given without this Contract Agreement.
- Once a Contract Agreement is registered on the NAPS Portal, it cannot be terminated under any circumstances, as per the order.

Required Documents
The order states that appointment is based on verification of information submitted on the NAPS Portal along with the following, and any discrepancy found will lead to immediate cancellation of appointment:
- Educational qualification certificates matching the trade applied for (as per DGT norms)
- ITI pass certificate
- Caste certificate, where applicable
- Aadhaar card
- Bank account details, with bank account and Aadhaar seeding/DBT enabled
- NAPS Portal registration and online application documents (scanned copies, self-attested)
- Self-attested signature and bank passbook copy, to be submitted within two days of joining the assigned department
Important Terms and Conditions
- This appointment is for a fixed period of one year (twelve months) and ends automatically on completion of that period; the training period does not carry any right or claim to a permanent post in PCMC's establishment.
- Before joining, candidates must give a written undertaking that they will not claim a permanent post after the one-year training period ends.
- Apprentices who do not maintain regular attendance or do not complete the full training period will not be issued an Apprenticeship Certificate.
- Apprentices must remain in the assigned department for the entire training period and cannot take up any other temporary job elsewhere during this time.
- Absence or misconduct during training can lead to removal without prior notice and without any compensation.
- Apprentices are entitled to 8 casual leave days and 14 medical leave days for the full training year.
- Apprentices cannot be assigned shift-based work and must perform only work related to their designated trade; any deviation can be reported to ITI Morwadi.
- Apprentices must update a daily Work Diary, to be checked and signed by a senior officer every five days.
- 100% attendance is required to become eligible for the exam after the one-year period.
- Attendance must be marked through the office's biometric/thumb system; staying at office outside official hours is not permitted, and no facility is provided for work outside office hours.
- The Principal, ITI Morwadi, as appointing authority, retains the right to terminate any apprentice's appointment at any time under special circumstances.
- PCMC is not responsible if an apprentice falls ill during the training period; conversely, any loss caused to PCMC due to an apprentice's mistake will be recovered from the apprentice.
- Candidates above 35 years of age are not eligible for MAPS/NAPS Claim or any DBT benefit, as per government policy.
- If a selected candidate's bank-Aadhaar seeding/DBT is not enabled at the time of Contract Agreement generation, their appointment will be cancelled.
- If a candidate has previously completed an apprenticeship or executed a Contract Agreement at any other establishment, their appointment will be cancelled.
- If the trade mentioned in the advertisement/Portal differs from the trade documents presented in person, the appointment will not be given, or if already given, will be cancelled at any stage.
