Prasar Bharati Marketing Executive Eligibility Criteria
Prasar Bharati Marketing Executive Qualification
Candidates must hold an MBA, MBA (Marketing), or PG Diploma in Management/Marketing from a recognised Management Institute/University, along with a minimum of one year of experience in direct sales. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Media Sales.

- This is a purely contractual engagement; selected candidates will have no claim, implicit or explicit, to absorption or regularisation in Prasar Bharati.
- The engagement is full-time; candidates will not be permitted to take up any other assignment during the contract period.
- Persons engaged may be assigned additional tasks beyond the specific role for which they are hired.
- Initial engagement is for two years, with an annual appraisal; extension is subject to organisational requirement and performance review.
- The engagement can be discontinued/terminated by either side with one month's notice, or one month's salary in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
- Age, experience, and educational qualification will be considered as on the date of issue of this NIA (inclusive), i.e. 07 September 2026.
