Posts, Eligibility and Pay
The recruitment is conducted for 1 post of JGM / SR DGM (E6/E5) on a deputation basis. The appointment duration is three years or until RCIL is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.
- Service: IRSSE / Gazetted S&T Officers (Deputation: Group-A IRSSE Services).
- Minimum Eligibility Conditions for JGM: JAG (Level 12) with 10 years of Group A service.
- Minimum Eligibility Conditions for Sr. DGM: JAG (Level 12) or Sr. Scale (Level 11) with 8 years of gazetted service.
- Educational Qualification: The official notification does not specify the minimum educational qualification. Candidates should refer to the official notification for discipline-specific eligibility requirements.
