Rajasthan Police Young Professional Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Appointment will be made on contractual basis in accordance with the RTPP (Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement) Rules and Rajasthan Police policies.
- Selection will be through a suitability assessment comprising a Written Test, Practical Test, and Interview.
Rajasthan Police Young Professional Terms and Conditions of Engagement
- Selected candidates will be engaged on a full-time contractual basis for a fixed period of one year, and cannot take up any other assignment with any other agency, organisation, or employer during this period.
- Posting will be at Police Headquarters, Jaipur, under the guidance and supervision of Rajasthan Police officers.
- Selected candidates must furnish a Declaration of Fidelity and Secrecy in the prescribed format, given the confidential nature of information they may access during the engagement.
- On completion of the fixed one-year tenure, selected candidates must return all materials, files, data, e-mails, passwords, and other information in their possession, and sign an undertaking not to divulge any information encountered during the assignment, even after leaving.
- No TA/DA will be given for attending the written test, practical test, or interview, or for expenditure incurred to join the position.
- Leave is admissible at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month on a pro-rata basis, with no accumulation of leave.
- The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to permanent absorption or regular appointment with Rajasthan Police.
- Rajasthan Police may terminate the engagement by giving 10 days' notice, including in cases where the candidate is unable to address assigned work, the quality of work is unsatisfactory, the work plan is not achieved on time, or the candidate is found lacking in honesty and integrity.
- The selected candidate may also terminate the engagement by serving a 10-day notice period.
