Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications and experience requirements vary by post:
- C-Arm Technician: Intermediate or equivalent, Two years Diploma in Cathlab Technician Course (DCLr), min 3 years experience in relevant field (Govt. Sector). Must be Registered in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh.
- OT Technician: Intermediate or equivalent, Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management and Operation Theatre Technician. Must be Registered in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh.
- EEG Technician: Intermediate or equivalent, BSc in Clinical Neuro Physiology/EEG and ENMG OR Post PG Diploma in Neuro Technology with 2 years experience. Must be Registered in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh.
- Dialysis Technician: Intermediate in science with minimum 50% marks in PCB, BSc in Dialysis Technician. Must be Registered in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh.
- Radiotherapy Technician & Mould Room Technician: Intermediate or equivalent, Diploma/BSc Radiotherapy from a recognized institute in India with 2 years experience working with LINAC machine (priority given). Must be Registered in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh.
- CT Technician: Intermediate or equivalent, Diploma/BSc in Imaging Technology Course from a recognized Institute. Must be Registered in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh.
- General Duty Attendant & Cleaners / Van Attendant (Male): Must have passed SSC or its equivalent from a Recognized School. Must be able to read and write Telugu and English.
- Drivers (H.V) (Male): Must have passed SSC or its equivalent. Must possess a current Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license issued by competent authority and have practical experience for not less than 02 years (Govt/Private sector).
- Counselors (Alcohol and Drug De-addiction Center): Graduate in any discipline with 2 years experience in the field OR 03 months training course in de-addiction counseling by NISD. Should have knowledge of English as well as regional language.
Salary/Stipend
- Technician roles (C-Arm, OT, EEG, Dialysis, Radiotherapy, Mould Room, CT): Rs. 32,670/- per month (Contract).
- General Duty Attendant & Cleaners / Van Attendant: Rs. 15,000/- per month (Outsourcing).
- Drivers (H.V): Rs. 18,500/- per month (Outsourcing).
- Counselors: Rs. 17,500/- per month (Contract, as per IRCA norms).
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025)
- The maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2025.
- OC candidates: Maximum age is 42 years.
- SC / ST candidates (including sub-groups): Maximum age is 47 years.

Selection Process
- Selection procedure is through the District Selection Committee (DSC) under the chairmanship of the Collector and District Magistrate, Kakinada District.
- Rule of reservation will be followed as per government G.O.s, based on Merit.
- Calculation of Merit is based on:
- 75% weightage for aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
- Up to 15% weightage for experience in Govt service (@ 1.0 to 2.5 marks per six months depending on area/COVID duties).
- Up to 10 marks weightage for number of years since passing qualifying examination.
General Information/Instructions
- Posts are initially for a period of one year on contract/outsourcing basis.
- Selection process shall be completed based on the final decision of the District Selection Committee.
- Candidates must apply with the latest caste certificates clearly indicating the category (SC-I, SC-II, SC-III) as applicable. Old certificates will be rejected.
- Candidates who submit study certificates from 4th to 10th class continuously from Erstwhile East Godavari District are treated as Local.
- Application must be submitted along with DD/RTGS/NEFT receipts, otherwise rejected.
