- Training & Placement Officer:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a recognized University or Institution with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in any branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of post-qualification professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Training and Placement activities in higher educational institutions (IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISERS), Corporate Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

- Consolidated remuneration of up to ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh only) per month, inclusive of all allowances.

- Candidates currently employed in reputed organizations may be considered for a salary enhancement of up to 50% over their existing remuneration, subject to the overall ceiling prescribed by the Institute.
