Eligibility Criteria
- Essential qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Preferred qualification: PG in Civil Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering, Public Health Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including at least 7 years in quality control of Water/Sewerage sector.
- Candidates must have handled at least 2 similar projects as QA/QC Engineer and be familiar with establishing Quality Assurance Programs in Water Supply/UGD projects.
- Age: Not exceeding 62 years as on 14-12-2025; no extension beyond age 65 for consultants as per general terms.

- Maximum Age: 62 years for this engagement; no extension beyond 65 years overall for individual consultants.
- Age calculation date: Last date of submission of application, i.e., 14-12-2025.
Salary/Stipend
- Payment for services: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for Individual Consultant: QA/QC Expert.
- Tentative tenure of engagement: 60 months, extendable yearly based on client fee escalation and satisfactory performance, but not beyond age 65.
- Consultants are paid for services only and are not entitled to PF/ESI/Gratuity etc.; leave entitlement is 1.5 days per completed month with no carry-over beyond calendar year, plus provisions for maternity leave as per rules.
Selection Process
- All candidates who submit the online application are provisionally allowed for document scrutiny/verification, where eligibility is checked from uploaded documents.
- Shortlisted/eligible candidates are then called for Personal Interview; mode of selection is Interview only (technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication etc.).
- Selection and continuation depend on client approval of CVs and project requirement; offers are issued only after client approval.

- At the time of document verification/interview, candidates must produce printed, signed application form along with original and self-attested copies of certificates, experience proofs, ID, PAN, and other listed documents.
