Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare / MHROD; MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management
- Experience: Minimum 11 years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources Development
- Age limit: Maximum 41 years (as on 2 December 2026)
- Age relaxation: SC/ST 5, OBC-NCL 3, J&K Domicile 5, PwBD 10
Other conditions:
- Only Indian Nationals of 18 years of age and above are eligible to apply.

- Appointment will be initially on probation for a period of one year.
