Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications (Essential): B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication or equivalent (ii) Qualified in any of the National Eligibility Test like – GATE or UGC-CSIR-NET or selected under National Level Exam conducted by agencies like DST, DBT, ICMR, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, IIT, IISc, IISER, SCTIMST, etc. or equivalent bodies.
- Desirable: M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems
- Experience: 2 yrs experience in R&D in Industrial, Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services
Salary/Stipend
- Rs.35000/- + 18% HRA per month for those having essential qualification (ii) above, Rs.28,000/- + 18% HRA for others

Selection Process
- The applications will be screened and eligible candidates will be called for an Interview to be conducted at the Biomedical Technology Wing of the Institute at Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 012.
- Depending on the number of candidates, a written test of a qualifying nature will be conducted for initial screening and only qualified candidates will be called for interview.
- Marks obtained in the written test, if conducted, will not be counted for final ranking.
General Information/Instructions
- Intimation regarding the schedule of interview will be sent to their email id provided in the ONLINE application form.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Experience wherever prescribed means experience gained AFTER acquiring the prescribed essential qualification.
