- Technical Advisor:
- B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized Institute/University.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience in an Engineering capacity out of which 05 years as S.E. and/or C.E. (after obtaining the requisite degree) in PWD (B&R), Haryana or equivalent in Central Govt.
- Desirable: Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E./M.Tech.
- Junior Consultant (Matron):
- Person from the post of Nursing Sister & above of any State Govt./ Centre Govt. and having 3-5 years' experience in the relevant field.
