Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
• Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University; knowledge of use of computer-aided tools for design and management (desirable and treated as added qualification).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of service in construction related activities, maintenance, electrical installations, repair, upkeep of campus and existing infrastructure.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on closing date of receipt of applications; relaxable for Govt. servants/employees of autonomous organizations up to 05 years as per Government of India instructions.
• Citizenship/Service Background: Applications invited from Indian nationals working in Central Government, PSUs, Central Universities, Autonomous Bodies etc.

Salary/Stipend

• Pay Level 11 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700) corresponding to pre-revised PB-3 Rs. 15,600–39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600.
• Total gross emoluments at the beginning of the pay in the pay level are approximately Rs. 1,38,652/- per month as per 7th CPC.

Age Limit (as on Closing Date)

• Upper age limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Age should not exceed the limit as on the closing date of receipt of completed application.
• Age relaxable for Government servants/employees of autonomous organizations up to 05 years as per Government of India instructions; other relaxations (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) as per Government rules.
