SSUHS GNM Entrance Exam Result 2026 - Details

SSUHS declared the GNMEE 2026 result 38 days after the exam, a slightly longer gap than the previous year, when the exam was held on 13 July 2025 and the result was declared in the first half of August 2025, about four weeks later.

Candidates who appeared for the exam can log in on the official result portal using their Application Number and Password to view their scorecard, subject-wise marks, and merit position. This result is for admission to GNM courses in government and private institutes across Assam, under the Directorate of Health Services.

SSUHS GNM Minimum Qualifying Percentile 2026

As per the official Educational Notice (No.SSUHS/30/2026/4195, dated 5 August 2026) issued by the Controller of Examinations, SSUHS has fixed category-wise minimum qualifying percentiles along with the corresponding marks for the GNM Entrance Examination 2026. The cutoff differs for government and private institutions.

Candidates scoring below the applicable minimum percentile and marks for their category and institution type will not be considered qualified for admission counselling.

SSUHS GNMEE 2026 Marks Distribution

The GNM Entrance Exam consists of 100 questions of 1 mark each, set at the Class 10th standard. The scorecard shows subject-wise marks along with the total score.

There is no negative marking in the SSUHS GNM Entrance Exam.

How the SSUHS GNM Merit List 2026 Is Prepared

Merit is decided on the total marks scored out of 100. In case two or more candidates score the same total, the tie is resolved in this order:

1. Marks scored in English (checked first)
2. Marks scored in General Science (if the tie continues)
3. Marks scored in Mathematics (final tie-breaker)

SSUHS has not published a separate minimum qualifying mark list along with the GNMEE 2026 result; the merit list is prepared directly from the total marks scored. Candidates who appear in the merit list proceed to counselling and document verification conducted by the Directorate of Health Services.
