Important Instructions
- Check your allotment: The mop-up allotment list is a PDF on knruhs.telangana.gov.in, needs no login, and you can search it by NEET rank or roll number.
- Report on time: Allotted candidates must report at the allotted college before the last date of joining, with the specified documents. The joining deadline isn’t in the sources I found, so confirm it in the allotment notification.
- No free exit: The last date for free exit was 8 October 2026, so there is no free exit for seats allotted in mop-up. Candidates are not permitted to discontinue after a mop-up allotment, so join only if you are sure.
- Eligibility rules: Candidates who didn’t exercise web options in the first phase are not eligible for mop-up. Candidates who joined a seat earlier and are continuing the course can take part.
- Deadlines are final: The web options window ran from 5:00 PM on 12 October to 5:00 PM on 14 October 2026. Mop-up is the final counselling round for vacant MBBS seats. Read the prospectus and Government Orders on the KNRUHS website before acting.
