- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research projects in HIV/AIDS field (desirable)
- Experience with High Risk Groups (HRG) population, ICTC and ART Centres (preferred)
- Conversant in local language and English
- Well-versed in reporting and documentation
- Research skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, management and analysis
- Experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge population
- Sensitivity towards HRG communities and PLHIVs
- High level of commitment and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to strategize and implement field planning
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of National AIDS Control Programme and programmatic evaluations (desirable)
