The roles and responsibilities assigned to the Project Coordinator include:
- Execute project implementation plan – activities.
- Develop activity contents and identify resources needed for execution of the same.
- Ensure that reports of the activities are prepared and filed for records.
- Organise training sessions.
- Manage MIS.
- Documentation and record keeping.
- Coordination with youth fellows across 6 districts of Maharashtra.
- Ensure that the project delivers evidence based results – quantitative and qualitative.
- Update project work plans to reflect a changing environment.
- Articulate changes in project activities (if any) under the guidance of Project Director.
- Work effectively in teams as well as independently.
- Travel across Maharashtra and other States when necessary.
