- Programme Coordinator: Master’s degree in Regulatory Policy and Governance, Urban Policy and Governance, Social Work, Disaster Management, Public Health, Environmental Studies, Geography, or a related discipline. Desirable: Skills and Experience in community-based risk assessment, disaster risk reduction, or participatory planning. Familiarity with climate change adaptation, environmental health and public health linkages. Prior experience in qualitative research, data collection, and analysis. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for engaging with local institutions and communities. Knowledge of GIS and remote sensing.
- Community Facilitator: Graduate qualification in social work (B.A. in Social Work/MSW) from Central/Deemed/State-Recognised University. Prior experience of building relationships and working with any community as required by the projects goals is must. Expertise over: English, Hindi, Marathi.
