- DGM (R&D) : Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology.
- Assistant General Manager (Tissue Marketing): First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time MBA (Marketing).
- Assistant Manager (Tissue Marketing): First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
