TS EAMCET 2026 Exam Overview

The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test is now officially renamed as Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET), but students still commonly call it TS EAMCET.

This state-level exam facilitates admissions into various undergraduate programs in engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy across Telangana colleges.

Fee is non-refundable and must be paid online via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI or TG online centres as per official options.

Late Fee Application Deadlines

• Last date for submission of online applications with a late fee of ₹250: 10 April 2026

TS EAMCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality & Domicile

• Applicant must be an Indian national or PIO/OCI (as per official rules).

• Should satisfy local / non-local status of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as defined in regional regulations.

Age Limit

• For Engineering & Pharmacy, minimum age is generally 16 years as on 31 December 2026 (confirm from notification; mention as per usual TS EAPCET rules).

• For some professional courses (like B.Tech in Dairy, Agriculture), minimum age may be 17 years.

Educational Qualification & Minimum Marks

• Must have passed or appeared in Class 12 / Intermediate (10+2) with relevant PCM / PCB group from a recognised board.

• Minimum aggregate marks: 45% for General, 40% for reserved categories in relevant subjects (as per standard eligibility).

Stream-wise Eligibility

• Engineering: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects in 10+2.

• Agriculture & Pharmacy: Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) / related vocational courses as per notification.

How to Apply for TS EAMCET 2026 (Step-by-Step)

Part 1 — Registration Fee Payment

• Visit the official website eapcet.tgche.ac.in.

• Click on “Application” / “Apply Online for TG EAPCET 2026”.

• Choose your stream (Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy, or both).

• Enter basic details and pay the registration fee through card / net banking / UPI or TG Online centres.

• After successful payment, note the Payment Reference ID / Transaction ID.

Part 2 — Application Form Filling

• Using the Payment Reference ID, open the online application form link again.

• Fill personal details, communication address, and academic details (SSC & Intermediate hall ticket numbers, passing year, etc.).

• Select preferred exam centres in order of priority.

• Upload a scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed size and format.

• Carefully review all details, then submit the application.

• Download and print the filled-in application form for future reference (admit card, counselling, verification).

TS EAMCET 2026 Exam Pattern

The TS EAMCET 2026 exam follows a computer-based test format with multiple-choice questions. There are 160 questions in total, each carrying +1 mark with no negative marking, and the duration is 3 hours.

TS EAMCET 2026 Syllabus

The syllabus is based on the Telangana State Board Intermediate (Class 11 & 12) curriculum for the respective groups (MPC / BiPC).

• For Engineering: cover chapters from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (Intermediate First & Second Year).

• For Agriculture & Pharmacy: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology topics as prescribed in the official syllabus.

TS EAMCET 2026 Mock Test

Official CBT mock tests are usually released on the portal to help students practice the interface, navigation, on-screen calculator usage, etc. Mock tests are available in language combinations such as English & Telugu / English & Urdu depending on stream and centre.

How to Take TS EAMCET 2026 Mock Test

• Visit eapcet.tgche.ac.in.

• Click on the “Mock Test” or “Practice Test” link for TS EAMCET / TG EAPCET.

• Select your stream (Engineering or Agriculture & Pharmacy).

• Login using required credentials (or access as a guest, if allowed).

• Read the instructions carefully and start the test.

TS EAMCET 2026 Admit Card

JNTUH will release the TS EAMCET 2026 hall tickets online only on the official website. Candidates must log in using their registration number, qualifying exam hall ticket number and date of birth to download the admit card.

The admit card will carry candidate details, exam date, time, reporting time, test centre, and important exam-day instructions. It is mandatory to carry a printed admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam centre.

TS EAMCET 2026 Result

Result/rank card will be released online in May 2026, after completion of all shifts. Students can download rank card using hall ticket number, registration number and date of birth.

Rank is calculated based on TS EAMCET marks and, as per current rules, may be combined with qualifying exam performance according to official formula. Rank is used for counselling, seat allotment and admission to participating colleges in Telangana.

TS EAMCET Cut Off 2026

Cut-off is the minimum rank/marks required for admission to a particular course and college. TS EAMCET cut off varies every year by college, branch, category and round of counselling.

Key factors affecting cut off: number of applicants, difficulty level of paper, seat availability, previous year trends, and category-wise reservation. Official closing ranks are published after each counselling phase.

TS EAMCET 2026 Counselling Process

• Online registration for counselling on the official counselling portal (separate from exam portal, usually).

• Payment of counselling processing fee.

• Slot booking and physical/online certificate verification (original documents required).

• Exercising web options: choosing colleges and branches in order of preference.

• Seat allotment based on rank, category, local status, and options submitted.

• Reporting to the allotted college and payment of the admission fee, or participation in further rounds.
