UKPSC Lecturer Civics Admit Card 2026 has been released by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) for the Uttarakhand Special Subordinate Education (Lecturer Cadre 'Group-C') Service, General Branch and Women Branch, Main Written (Objective Type) Examination-2025 for the subject Civics (Nagrik Shastra). As per official Notification No. 147/81/06/D.R./(Ma.Shi.)/Seva-1/2025-26 dated 2nd July 2026, the exam earlier scheduled for 10th May 2026 has now been rescheduled to 18th July 2026, and eligible candidates can provisionally download their admit card from 4th July 2026 onwards.

UKPSC Lecturer Civics Exam Shift Timings
The main written (objective type) exam for the Civics subject will be conducted in two sessions on the same day:
- Shift 1: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Shift 2: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM
How to Download UKPSC Lecturer Civics Admit Card 2026
Eligible candidates can download their admit card provisionally through the official UKPSC website. Follow the steps below:
- Visit the official UKPSC website at psc.uk.gov.in or the alternate portal ukpsc.net.in.
- Look for the admit card download link for the Lecturer (Civics) Main Written Examination-2025.
- Log in using your registered application details.
- Download the admit card, which will be available from 4th July 2026.
- Take a printout and carefully read all instructions mentioned on the admit card before the exam day.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Admit cards will not be sent separately to candidates by post; candidates must download the admit card only from the official website.
- Candidates must ensure compliance with all important instructions mentioned on the online admit card.
- Divyangjan (differently-abled) candidates who had opted for the scribe (Shrutlekhak) facility in their online application form must check the separate notification being published on the Commission's website regarding permissibility of the scribe for this subject.
- The exam is being held afresh for the Civics subject only, since it was earlier postponed vide Notification No. 18 dated 4th May 2026 until further orders.
