Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Project Associate (Natural Sciences): M.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Zoology / Wildlife Science / Ecology / Life Sciences / Anthropology) with four years of research experience after Master’s degree in Academic Institutions OR Doctoral Degree in the above subjects from a recognized institute/university.
- Senior Project Associate (Arts/Social Sciences): M.A. in Anthropology, Archaeology, Social Sciences, History, Economics or Philosophy with four years of post‑Master’s research experience in recognized academic institutions OR Doctoral Degree in these subjects.
- Project Associate-II (Natural Sciences): M.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Zoology / Wildlife Science / Ecology / Life Sciences / Biodiversity and Conservation / Anthropology) with two years of research experience after Master’s degree in Academic Institutions.
- Project Associate-II (Arts/Indian Language Studies): M.A. in Anthropology, Archaeology, Social Sciences, History, Economics, Philosophy, or any branch of Indian Language Studies (including Hindu Studies/Sanātana Dharma, World Literature, English, Sanskrit, etc.) with two years of post‑Master’s research experience in Academic Institutions.
- Candidates must be physically fit and willing to travel across India, including remote and difficult areas, for documenting traditional knowledge related to wildlife conservation.
- Age Limit: Upper age 35 years as on the date of the selection process; relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Government of India rules.
