Running:

• For Male: 1.6 Km in 6 Minutes
• For Female: 1 Km in 5 Minutes

Shot Put:

• For Male: 16 Pond Gola Through 16 Feet
• For Female: 12 Pond Gola Through 12 Feet

Long Jump:

• For Male: 4 Feet
• For Female: 3 Feet
