Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 62 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS with valid registration from the Medical Council for S.No.1 post, ANM with Diploma Nursing/ Bachelor of Science (Nursing) would be preferred for S.No.2 post, Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Social Sciences/ Humanities for S.No.3 post, Graduate and should have received a formal training in computer applications for S.No.4 post.
How to Apply: Candidates should submit their applications (in prescribed format available in the notification) complete in all respects along with attested photocopies of all testimonials and one photograph & sent through Registered/ Speed Post only addressed to the Civil Surgeon offices of respective districts for respective OST Centres (for wherever they apply) viz. (1) Civil Surgeon, Patna, Mahendru Ghat, Patna – 800004, (2) Civil Surgeon, Kaimur, Bhabhua – 821103 on or before 28-02-2014 by 05:00 PM
