Age Limit: Upper age limit of candidate is 28 years as on 31-03-2013.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess First class/ 60% Marks in M.Sc. Chemistry/ Materials Science (those who are NET qualified will be offered JRF) for Project Asst; First class/ 60% Marks in M.Sc. Physics/Materials Science OR B.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engg with First class/ 60% marks for Project Staff-I; B.Sc in Physics with First class/60% marks OR Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with First class/ 60% marks for Project Staff-II.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
