NVS Jobs 2012 – 43 LDC,Storekeeper,Staff Nurse Vacancies: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) Shillong, under Ministry of Human Resources has issued notification against recruitment of 43 Lower Division Clerk, Store keeper and Staff Nurse Vacancies in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas under Shillong Region in North Eastern Region. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 30 days from the date of publication. NVS Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 43
Names of Posts:
1. LDC – 29 vacancies
2. Store Keeper – 12 vacancies
3. Staff Nurse – 02 vacancies
Age Limit: Lower age limit would be 18 years and upper age limit would be 27 years, as fixed by RRC Chennai. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 30-07-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Senior Secondary for both the posts. In addition candidates applying for LDC and Store Keeper posts must possess Typing Speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi and for Staff Nurse post, Diploma/B.Sc in Nursing.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- in form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of “Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti”, Payable at Shillong. SC/ST/EXSM/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Trade Test/Typing Test for LDC and Store Keeper posts and Written Examination for Staff Nurse Post.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with DD, Copies of all relevant certificates and other enclosures, to the following address, Deputy Commissioner Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Temple Road, Barik Point, Lachumiere, Shillong – 793 001, Meghalaya on or before 30 days from the date of publication.
