www.rvpn.co.in – Apply Online for 1047 Jr Engineer Vacancies 2012: Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd (RVPN) has issued notification against recruitment of 1047 Junior Engineer Vacancies in Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd, Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Eligible candidates may apply for the desired post through online mode on or before 13-10-2012. RVPN Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 1047
Names of Posts:
1. Junior Engineer – I (Electrical): 920 posts
2. Junior Engineer – I (Mechanical): 47 posts
3. Junior Engineer – I (Civil): 50 posts
4. Junior Engineer – I (PLCC/Control & Instrumentation): 15 posts
5. Junior Engineer-I (Fire Fighting): 15 posts
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 21 years to 35 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 13-10-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must hold a Full Time Graduation Degree in Engineering i.e. B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc.(Engineering) or AMIE in relevant discipline from a recognized University.
Application Fee Details: Application Fee must be paid in State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur branches in form of Challan which must be downloaded from Jaipur Discom website. Fee would be in Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/OBC/BC/SBC/PH candidates of Rajasthan and Unreserved (General) candidates must pay Rs. 1000/-. “SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No. 61113250483″ of Nigam in any of the branch of the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test and followed by Document Verification.
How to Apply: Candidates need to apply only through online mode from websites www.jaipurdiscom.in or www.avvnl.com or www.jdvvnl.com or www.rvpn.co.in or www.rvunl.com on or before 13-10-2012. After submission of Online Applications candidates must take the print out of application form and retain it for submission at the time of Document Verification if called for.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to websites www.jaipurdiscom.in or www.avvnl.com or www.jdvvnl.com or www.rvpn.co.in or www.rvunl.com and select the ‘Careers’ link.
2. Select the link for downloading the Bank Challan by selecting Download Fee Deposit Challan Form link.
3. Take print of Bank Challan and make payment as per details given above.
4. Revisit the website and this time select the Online Application Format link to start the Online Application Process.
5. Fill all marked details carefully, check once for errors, upload photograph and signature at places provided and click on ‘Submit’ button.
6. Take print of Application Form and retain it along with payment challan for further use.

Dates for Payment of Fee: from 26-09-2012 to 13-10-2012
Date for Written Examination: 18-11-2012 (Sunday Afternoon Session)

As per the notification the candidates who completed Full Time Graduation Degree in Engineering i.e. B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc.(Engineering) or AMIE in relevant discipline from a recognized University are only eligible to apply for the vacancies in RVPN.

The exam center will be given in the hall ticket and it will be decided by the recruitment authority of RVPN.
