Eligibility Criteria
- Research Scientist-I Scientist 'B' (Non- Medical):
- First-class postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Genetics / Molecular Biology / Biotechnology from a recognized university.
- OR
- Second-class postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Genetics / Molecular Biology / Biotechnology from a recognized university with a Ph.D. in any of the above subjects from a recognized university.
- Lab Assistance/Data Entry Operator:
- First class Graduate degree from recognized university in sciences disciplines with knowledge of the following:
- Work experiences in any research lab
- Knowledge of computer application with data entry work
- Diploma or degree in computer applications
- Typing speed of not less than 8000 key depressions
Salary/ Stipend
- Research Scientist-I Scientist 'B' (Non- Medical): Rs. 56000 + HRA
- Lab Assistance/Data Entry Operator: Rs. 20000/-

General Information / Instructions
- No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview and candidates have to arrange transport/accommodation themselves.
- Successful candidates will be engaged on Project Human Resource Positions initially for a period of six months. Continuation or extension depends upon performance evaluation, project tenure, availability of funds, functional requirements, and approval from the competent authority.
- The posts are purely temporary. Candidates will have no claim for permanent employment under AIIMS Gorakhpur or continuation of services in any other project.
- MRU AIIMS, Gorakhpur reserves the right to terminate the positions even during the agreed contract period without assigning any reason.
- Candidates must bring duly filled application form, recent passport-size color photograph, detailed bio-data/CV, and all relevant self-attested documents including proof of educational qualifications (from 10th standard onwards), work experience, age, caste, and photo ID (Aadhar card/Indian passport/PAN card/Driving License).
- The decision of the competent authority and Interview Selection Committee will be final and binding.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Candidates already employed should submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of walk-in-interview failing which they will not be allowed to appear.
- Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
- No benefit of provident fund, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc. will be considered as posts are purely on temporary basis.
- Leave shall be applicable as per ICMR Guidelines.
- Experience shall be counted from the date of completion of minimum essential educational qualification.
- The interview will be conducted in offline mode only.
